1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Flux Grid (the "Game") at grid-flux.com or any related domain, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Who We Are

Flux Grid is operated by Mikisu Studio("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at mikisu.dev@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using it, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

4. Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Game for non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, automate, or reverse engineer the Game.
• Do not submit offensive, unlawful, or impersonating nicknames.
• Do not disrupt the service, abuse our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not use the Game to harass other players.

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access for violations, at our discretion.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any nickname or text you submit (e.g. for the leaderboard or challenge rooms). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the Game.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its design, code, puzzles, branding, and assets, is owned by Mikisu Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game relies on third-party providers for hosting, backend, and analytics. Their own terms apply to the parts of the service they provide.

9. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikisu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Mikisu Studio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where mandatory.
